1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates

We ship to customers in the USA, and worldwide. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Free)

    • Processing time: 1–3 business days
    • Delivery: 2–4 weeks after dispatch
    • Total: Arrives within 3–5 weeks from order date

Please note: These are estimated times. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or high-demand seasons may affect delivery speed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: 5.5 USD

  • FREE Shipping to US & Canada

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

  • You can track your package directly through our website or via global tracking sites like 17track.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PureAlign is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking has not updated for more than 45 days, please contact our support team at support@purealignstore.com

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
