Refund & Return Policy
At PureAlign , we aim to provide the best service. Our policy is strictly based on the logistical capabilities of our global manufacturing partners to ensure we can provide the best prices.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered (wrong size, color, or model):

Notification Window: You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Required Evidence: Please provide clear photos or videos of the product and the original shipping label.

Resolution: Once verified by our team, we will provide a full/partial refund or a free reshipment. In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged item.
2. Lost or Delayed Packages
A package is officially considered "lost" if the tracking updates have stopped for more than 45 days.

Resolution: If your tracking has not updated for 45+ days, we will issue a full refund or reshipment immediately.

Invalid Tracking: If your tracking number shows no information, please contact us so we can verify the status with the carrier.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept refund or reshipment requests in the following cases:

Incorrect Address: If you provided a wrong address or contact number and the package is undelivered or unclaimed.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply "do not like" the product or ordered the wrong item by mistake. Our manufacturers consider all successful deliveries of correct products as final sales.

Inventory Returns: We do not accept returns of items to our warehouse unless the manufacturer specifically agrees (which is rare). If a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any "restocking fees" deducted by the manufacturer.
4. How to Submit a Claim
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Email your order number and supporting photos/videos to support@purealignstore.com
