How do the PureAlign work?
Our aligners use a series of custom-engineered, medical-grade clear trays to apply gentle, consistent pressure to your teeth. Over time, this shifts them into their desired position without the need for painful metal wires.
How many hours a day should I wear them?
For the best results, we recommend wearing your aligners for 20–22 hours a day. You should only remove them to eat, drink (anything other than water), and brush your teeth.
Is it painful to wear?
You may feel slight pressure or "tightness" for the first 1–2 days of wearing a new set. This is perfectly normal and a sign that the aligners are working. Most users describe it as a minor discomfort that fades quickly.
How do I clean my aligners?
Simply rinse them with lukewarm water and brush them gently with a soft toothbrush every day. Avoid using hot water, as it can warp the medical-grade plastic.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment center to keep prices low, the total delivery time is usually 10–20 business days (3–5 days for processing + 7–15 days for shipping).
Can I track my order?
